We retain your information as long as necessary to provide our services. We implement security measures to protect your data, but no system is entirely secure. Users should be cautious about the content they share.
We work closely with our service providers to ensure compliance with Australian regulations.
You will be informed if your data must be disclosed in application of a law or regulation, or in compliance with a decision of a competent regulatory or judicial authority.
Personal data associated with users will be kept for the duration of the subscription to the News Of The Tribe service and as long as necessary for contractual, legal, billing, and regulatory obligations.
If a subscription is cancelled without deletion request, data is retained for two (2) years and then deleted after notifying Tribe members.
If cancelled with deletion request, data is permanently deleted.
Previously generated PDFs remain accessible to Tribe members only.
Personal data of contacts and prospects is retained for two (2) years from last contact.
Our services are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the Asia Pacific (Sydney, Australia) data centre (ap-southeast-2).
All communications are encrypted using TLS/SSL over HTTPS, ensuring:

AWS services comply with SOC1, SOC2, and SOC3 standards.
In the event of a personal data breach, News Of The Tribe will document and notify authorities within seven (7) days and inform affected users if risks are high.
Access to personal data is restricted to authorized employees through a single registered IP or secure VPN.
We use third-party service providers for hosting and printing services. These providers process personal data only on our behalf and according to our instructions, subject to appropriate privacy and security measures.
